What's New in HawkSoft: Version 4.4

Version 4.4 focuses on security improvements.

• Stronger Security: The security protocols used to protect your client and policy data are enhanced to stay ahead of stricter cybersecurity regulations.
• Working Documents: A more secure method to edit attachments on a client file.
• Encryption Utility: New security protocols automatically take effect on any new or modified file in HawkSoft 4.4. Local customers may apply the new standard to their entire database with a utility to File Maintenance. Online customers will have the encryption applied for them.
• Find any attachment’s file path easily in the Attachment Properties menu.
• Carrier Downloads have greater abilities to keep Agency Intelligence KPIs up to date.
• Grouping KPIs by Policy Title in Agency Intelligence is now possible.
