What's New in HawkSoft: Version 4.5

Import / Export Vehicles and Drivers: HawkSoft now converts spreadsheet data into vehicle and driver info stored in the system. Quickly share a list of vehicles or drivers by exporting it from HawkSoft.

More Auto Policy Love: Auto policies now enjoy the robust customizable lines of business, coverages, limits, and deductibles available in the Enhanced Policy Type. The info is easier to find too.

Tags Replace Flags: Tags are new and allow you to mark important notes with color-coordinated, customizable labels that bring attention without being intrusive. All existing Flags will be converted to Tags.

Quality of Life Improvements: Every update to HawkSoft continues to refine the intuitive nature of our system.

• Link Personal Profiles to Contact Info: HawkSoft now requires new contact info (emails, phone numbers, etc.) to be linked to a Personal Profile. This improves data consistency and reporting.
• Keep PII Private: Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is masked on the Personal and Driver screens, safe from prying eyes.
• Cancellation Forms: HawkSoft automatically prompts the creation of a Cancellation Request Form as soon as a client’s policy is set to Replaced.
• Premium Field on Attach: Easily input a Premium when attaching a new document.
• Change Default Coverages Without Fear: Changing the default coverages, limits, or deductibles in Policy Company Setup will not impact existing policies.
