Major Enhancements

Text message Proof of Insurance ID cards to insureds.
Automatically follow a client’s conversations after sending out a text message to them.

Import or export Scheduled and Unscheduled Property on Inland Marine, Floater, and Agricultural Property policies.
Certificate of Insurance updates:
- Override the default Insured Name and Address on a Certificate of Insurance.
- Set the Preferred Delivery Method for each Cert Holder. This makes it easier to send certificates in batches.
- Select one email template to be used for a set of Cert Holders.
NAIC Codes may be entered on a carrier’s setup. This simplifies choosing the appropriate code when entering a policy.
Users have additional options for default web browsers and can set carrier-specific defaults. Does one carrier site perform better in Google Chrome but others are still built for Explorer? Set each carrier to use the best web browser for their site.

An alert system has been added to HawkSoft CMS. As needed, HawkSoft will send updates on the HawkSoft system and service statuses via a banner in the management system.
Paste an attachment into a log note using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + V (we wanted to end this sentence with an ! but didn’t want people to struggle with Ctrl+V+Shift+1).
