Major Enhancements

• The Show Active Policies view now displays policies that were active at any point during a customizable time window (including those recently expired, cancelled, or non-renewed).
• Bulk import and export options for all Correspondence Templates allow for easier sharing across and between agencies.
• Log note and attachment time stamps now display in 12-hour time instead of military time and are displayed chronologically according to your computer’s local time zone.
• Workers’ Comp policies now import and display state rating groups.

Huge ACORD Form update (available in Version 5.2.5)

HawkSoft has completed a massive, months-long project to update ACORD forms. More ACORD forms than ever can now be flooded with data from HawkSoft. We added thousands of new fields – please check out your commonly used ACORD forms to see improvements. If we missed a form that matters to you, please let us know!

New Unified Help System!
