Our Partner API is now a 2-way API! Pilot Testing Now

We’re excited to announce that HawkSoft’s Partner API is now a writable API, allowing for 2-way functionality! HawkSoft is working with our API Partners to update their APIs to make use of the 2-way functionality by the end of Q1 2022. Learn more about our plans for the 2-way API.

When enabled by your agency, API Partners with 2-way functionality available will be able to:

• Create log notes on a client or policy
• Add attachments to a client or policy
• Create a suspense for any agency user or the user in the Producer, CSR, or Agent 1-3 fields.

Additional enhancements

• Employee Benefits has been added as an Application Type, with 8 new lines of business for Group Benefit policies. These policy types will display on GPI screens, populate coverage lists, be available for merge fields and HawkLink, and allow for reporting. Policies will appear in a new EMP tab on the client file.
• The Help Portal has new eLearning courses for CSRs and Producers with videos, interactive exercises, and knowledge checks. Training videos are now grouped by workflow and specific roles in the agency.
• Commission term automatically sets to Renewal for Rewrite policies, sync downloads no longer update status on Replaced policies, and the Action Menu has an updated look and feel.
