Pat Lamb started in the insurance industry as a high school student working part-time filing paperwork produced by claims. She transitioned to a full-time agent after graduating. Pat spent 10 years learning the ropes before breaking out on her own with a partner to form Our Own Professional insurance agency in 1983, which evolved into the Select Insurance Services of today. Pat now leads a lean and mean agency of three: herself, her husband, and one CSR. Select Insurance is able to do over $2.6 million in annual premiums despite their size.
