Upon Customer's request, or upon termination or expiration of this Addendum or the Agreement, regardless of reason, Lightspeed shall promptly destroy or return to Customer all Customer Personal Data provided to Lightspeed, in its possession or control, including any Customer Personal Data processed by its Subprocessors.
