HawkSoft has reviewed the resource(s) provided above by Lightspeed Voice, including their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. HawkSoft finds that Lightspeed Voice supports our general position that an independent insurance agency owns the data they produce. Specifically, this component of Data Processing Addendum states:

Upon Customer's request, or upon termination or expiration of this Addendum or the Agreement, regardless of reason, Lightspeed shall promptly destroy or return to Customer all Customer Personal Data provided to Lightspeed, in its possession or control, including any Customer Personal Data processed by its Subprocessors.
