Data Ownership Policy

HawkSoft was provided the following statement by Voley:

Voley does not assert ownership of any data originating from a customer’s HawkSoft system. All client, policy, and communication data remains the property of the subscribing agency.

Our Terms of Service state:

  • “You retain ownership of all data you upload, create, or transmit through the Services, including messages, contacts, and attachments."
  • “Data retrieved from third-party integrations (such as HawkSoft) remains the property of the subscribing agency. Voley stores and processes this data solely to enable platform functionality such as contact matching, conversation routing, and message logging.”

Voley does not sell customer data, does not utilize integration data for advertising, and does not share agency data with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service. Agencies may disconnect integrations at any time and request the export or deletion of stored data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
