About me: With over 20 years of management experience in various industries, Sandy brings a well-rounded and pragmatic approach to overseeing her department of seasoned bookkeepers. She has extensive experience in both customer-facing roles and behind-the-scenes accounting roles. Sandy is in her 3rd year with HawkSoft and has demonstrated her management and operational skills in Product Support, Client Services and now, Managed Services. She specializes in Accounts Payable and Payroll, with a certification in How to Control Accounts Payable. Lisa comes to Hawksoft after working for a CPA firm. She loves all aspects of bookkeeping. About me: Chris has over 30 years’ experience in the banking and insurance industry, working as a mortgage loan originator and then as a licensed agent/CSR in independent agencies. She enjoys working with numbers and learning about clients. Chris and her husband moved to North Carolina in 2018 to enjoy “semi-retirement” and enjoy boating, kayaking, bike riding, and spending time with their fur babies.
Margo, Bookkeeper
About me: Margo has been delivering exceptional customer service for over 28 years. She is the owner of a logistics company where before joining HawkSoft, she maintained and reconciled all aspects of their accounting work. Her bookkeeping background is primarily in small business accounting, making her a great fit for many of our customers. Although she is one of the newer members of the HawkSoft Managed Accounting team, she is quickly learning the insurance industry. She swiftly took on her own book of business so that the agency owners and staff can focus on what they want most: to grow their business and maintain their new and current clients.

About me: Kim has a diverse background with 12+ years of experience in bookkeeping and 25+ years of experience in social work. In the bookkeeping realm, she worked with many types of for-profit businesses as well as several non-profits. She has held a P&C license and has worked with both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop for 12+ years. She also has many years of experience doing payroll. She loves all aspects of bookkeeping and really enjoys forensic accounting. Give her an issue and she will work until she has figured out what happened! She is excited to be a part of the HawkSoft family, and to have such a wonderful group of agencies to work with and help grow to be the best they can be.

About me: Chris began his Finance career in corporate banking nine years ago. There he was able to interact with clients firsthand and develop exceptional customer service skills along with developing the ability to deal with high volume transactions. After some years he expanded his horizons by joining the accounting department of an Amazon-acquired Fortune 500 company. Learning and dealing with the financial needs of an in-demand supply chain company was key in honing his bookkeeping skills. Having served a business management firm along with a law firm, he now provides bookkeeping services to our awesome Hawksoft family. Here he can help our customers manage their day-to-day accounting needs.

About me: Scott joined Hawksoft Managed Services nearly 2 years ago from HawkSoft's Product Support department. There, he was an accounting subject matter expert and assisted HawkSoft customers with all aspects of trust and commission accounting. Trained as an engineer, he approaches the job with precision and attention to detail. He has over 20 years of experience developing custom workbooks with Microsoft Excel and knows HawkSoft CMS inside out.

About me: Heather has 13 years of experience in the customer service industry, handling all different areas of the field. She also has 3 years’ experience in data entry, during which she honed her speed and accuracy skills. She is excited to dive into the world of insurance and build her knowledge of the industry. While working for Toyota, Heather took on the role of Customer Relations Manager due to her love for relationship building and desire to ensure every new customer enjoyed and understood the product they had purchased. Heather is a dedicated worker who wants everyone to succeed. She loves meeting new people, which makes her a perfect fit to assist companies in their commissions needs.
Kimberley, Commission Team Lead
About me: Kimberley transferred from HawkSoft Product Support, where she was both a Product Support Representative and an Accounting Support Specialist. Kimberley has a background in Project Management. She managed all Arizona commercial construction projects for a joist manufacturing company. It was that experience that taught her how to be organized and methodical in managing all the moving parts to get a project completed successfully. Kimberley helped design the joist and joist girders for State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Although not her favorite team (go Packers!), the Arizona Cardinals will always have a special place in her heart. Kimberley is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Public Health with a minor in Health Marketing.

Her clients trust her to check bank accounts, monitor income deriving from commissions, review clients’ carrier portals, check insured policy information, reconcile statements in HawkSoft, and provide comprehensive commission reports. Cynthia has helped her agencies allocate commission payouts to their producers. She handles a large book of business, from small-scale independent insurance agencies to large-scale insurance cluster groups.

About me: Kathi joined the team from Product Support, where she was a representative and a subject matter expert. She holds an AA in Accounting and spent 8 years teaching mathematics.
